Hi, I'm Sandra!

I'm a wife, mom, author, speaker, Christian life coach and most importantly to me, a follower of Jesus Christ.

I've been walking alongside women for more than 20 yrs, but I'll be the first to tell you, I didn't figure all of this out on my own.

God did a work in me.

For years, I knew God's Word. I believed it. I could even tell you what it said. But there was a difference between knowing God's Word in my head and living it from my heart.

I had my own ways of handling life. I tried to protect myself, figure things out myself, stay in control and keep moving. Maybe you can relate.

But God began showing me what was really going on underneath it all.

Through His Word and the indwelling presence of the Holy Spirit, He began revealing the beliefs, pain, and patterns that were keeping me from trusting Him and going to Him first.

That journey led me to writing my book, Unhooked: A Woman's Journey from Self-Preservation to Freedom in God's Love.

I learned that my way of healing and trying to live pain free, wasn't working. As I learned God's ways, grew to trust Him and allowed Him to lead me, everything in my life changed.

What I Believe:

I believe the scripture verse in Matthew 6:33 (NLT) - that if you and I "seek the Kingdom of God above all else, and live righteously, and He will give you everything you need." I'm a living testimony to this truth.

How I approach Life Coaching as a Christian:

Living from my own transformation, allows me to believe for yours.

I don't have all the answers for you, and I'm not here to fix you.

You already have many of the answers within you. My role is to listen, ask the questions that help you go deeper, and challenge you to see what may be keeping you stuck.

My coaching is Spirit-led and guided by the Holy Spirit. I want to hep you recognize God's truth, listen for His direction, and respond to what He is revealing in your life.

You don't have to keep carrying it all by yourself.

My hope is that as you walk this journey with God, you will begin to see yourself the way He sees you, know who He created you to be, and live with greater freedom, peace, and purpose.

And believe me, I'm still on the journey too.

I'm just a women who has learned what can happen when you stop trying to do life on your own and start seeking God first.

This work is not about becoming someone new. It's about becoming the real you already created by God, hidden in Him.

Colossians 3:3 NLT

For you died to this life, and your real life is hidden with Christ in God.
