I'm Sandra Rykbost, founder of Real You Coaching.

I've spent the past two decades helping women just like you - strong, faithful and successful on the outside - uncover the unseen pain that hold them back from living fully in Christ. I'm a wife, mother, author, business owner, life coach with 20+ years of experience.

But more importantly, I'm a woman who's been transformed by God's Word and His Love - and that's what drives everything I do.

When I started getting real with God, after having so much of what I had desired in life, He revealed the walls I had built to protect myself - the striving, the self-preservation, the emotional hiding - and gently led me into freedom.

Now, its my joy to walk with other women as they discover the same healing, clarity and joy that only can come through Him.

What I Believe:

I believe the scripture verse in Matthew 6:33 (NLT) - that if you and I "seek the Kingdom of God above all else, and live righteously, and He will give you everything you need." I'm a living testimony to this truth. As I sought after God and His Truth, which started just over 25 yrs ago, He changed my life. He turned my mourning into Joy, turned by doubts into belief, healed my heart, restored many broken and lost relationships - so much so - that I know with all knowing, 'nothing' is impossible for Him! If you are buried under 'just surviving' or 'striving', meeting everyone's needs and silencing your own needs, I get it. I did it once too, but now I lead others on their journey to discovery.

My job is not to "fix" you. You are not broken - just burdened. You need to be seen, heard, and understood in the light of God's grace. I walk beside you as a Spirit-filled Coach; guiding you to His Truth, that sets you free. Bringing clarity and compassion which equals change, because learning and living from the truth is not just for you. As you grow, your freedom impacts your home, your calling and generations beyond you. Don't believe me? Just ask me and I will share my stories with you.
