I'm not just a Coach - I'm a woman who has lived this.
"I know what it's like to hide behind "strong", "accomplished", "driven", "I've got it" and "I can do it". So much so, that I actually got lost in everyone's else's 'stuff' and needed to take some steps back to rediscover who I had become and decide if I liked the ways I had conditioned myself to live.
Through my own healing journey I've learned:

✔ Learned of the right voices to follow and unfollow.
✔ Walk in bold faith, with greater clarity and confidence, to each path I take.
✔ Learned how to live from peace even in the midst of a storm.

Question 1 - Is this coaching faith-based?
Yes - everything I do is rooted in scripture and led by the Spirit of God. Not for show, but because of who God has become for me.
Question 2 - Do I need to be in a crisis to benefit from coaching?
Absolutely not! Most women come simply knowing or feeling "off" - emotionally tired, spiritually flat or unsure of what's next.
Question 3 - What's the difference between one-on-one and group coaching?
One-on-one coaching is private and highly personalized. Group coaching provides support, shared wisdom, and accountability in a small, safe setting.
Question 4 - What if I can't afford one-on-one coaching right now?
The group coaching is a powerful, more affordable option - and you'll still experience meaningful breakthroughs. The book study is another powerful tool, with meaningful breakthrough.
Question 5 - Is there homework or reflection involved?
Yes - but it's life-giving. You'll be encouraged to reflect between sessions with Scripture, journaling and simple action steps.
Question 6 - How Did You Come Up With Your Coaching Name - Real You Coaching?
Truth be told, I believe God whispered it to me. At the time I heard it, I was doing Executive Coaching. A few short year later, after receiving Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior, God started 'revealing' to me through quiet whispers, the name and then I was directed to get Christian Coach Certified. Little did I know at the time what God had planned. At that time, I had no idea I had to learn what it meant to have Jesus become my Savior. Now, through the transformation of what God has done in my life, I get to assist other women to discover the same. Check out Colossians 3:3 NLT- For you died to this life, and your real life is hidden with Christ in God.
